The architectural firms invited to take part in the process were tasked with putting together specific project proposals for those phases. The best proposals will be selected in autumn 2018 by a panel of experts and representatives of the client, Cham Immobilien AG.

Phase 1b: Albi Nussbaumer Architekten, Zug / Boltshauser Architekten, Zurich — EMI Architekten, Zurich — EM2N Architekten, Zurich — Galli Rudolf, Zurich — Luca Selva, Basel
