From 2026, the fire will burn again in the landmark of the Papieri area.  The Segmüller Collection is expanding its portfolio of unique gastronomy concepts such as Carlton, Loft Five, Roof Garden or Sablier into the Papieri area.  A restaurant with grill, bar and lounge brings trendy casual dining to Cham.  Where steam boilers used to be heated, a culinary delight awaits guests in the future.  The experienced family business places great value on warm service, seasonal offers and high quality.  We look forward to culinary highlights in the Papieri Kesselhaus!
