A memorandum of understanding has been signed with the community of Cham, marking the first step towards a new school on the Pavatex development. The plan is to construct a superstructure for residential usage, partial commercial usage and a primary school with a triple sports hall. To make this a reality, the intention is to have the development rezoned as part of a local planning review, in parallel to seeking approval for the regular land-use plan. “We’re working with the community to create a first-class urban development solution. The aim is for the Pavatex and Papieri developments to grow into a buzzing neighborhood, offering a high quality of life for residents and visitors alike,” emphasizes Claude Ebnöther, interim CEO at the Cham Group.
