📌 New TopPharm Pharmacy moves into Papieri

Right next to Migros, a pharmacy will move into Building E in the third phase of the Papieri site development. Ivona Zengaffinen will operate the TopPharm Papieri Pharmacy & Drugstore on approximately 240m². The official contract signing with pharmacy owners Ivona and André Zengaffinen took place on September 11, 2024. Together with TopPharm representatives Luka Bjekovic and Michael Schwaller, they celebrated the signed agreement with the landlords of Cham Group, Sarah Hofstetter (Project Developer) and William White (Head of Asset and Site Management). 

The handover for tenant fit-out is planned for September 2026, with the opening of the TopPharm Papieri Pharmacy & Drugstore expected before the 2026 holiday shopping season.
