Superb start to sales on the Papieri site

No doubt about it, sales of the first condominiums, lofts and studios on the Papieri development in Cham have got off to a brilliant start. After the sales phase began on December 3, 2019, it wasn’t long before 101 of the 105 homes had been reserved. Some 44 of the 46 stunning condominiums in the planned high-rise building, with views of Lake Zug and the Alps, have already been snapped up. Of the 52 unique loft apartments and seven studios in the heritage-listed former machinery halls overlooking the River Lorze, only two are still available. In the reservation process, the Cham Group has deliberately given priority to people who will be living in the purchased apartments or studios themselves.

The Cham Group is expecting all building permits for the first phase of construction to become legally valid within the first quarter of 2020. Demolition began back in June 2019, so the start of construction should start on schedule. The new or converted buildings should gradually become ready for their occupants to move in to from 2022 onwards.

OTC trading of Cham Group shares will begin on December 19, 2019, including on eKMU-X, the electronic trading platform of Zurich Cantonal Bank. All of this will happen automatically; shareholders don’t need to do anything, and the securities number of Cham Group shares will remain unchanged. The bank’s professional market making practices ensure good tradability for shares.
